We will be happy to make some recommendations. Please note that all dresses are sold as seen.
Do I need to book an appointment? Yes, as we work on an appointment only basis from our studio in North London. If you would like to try on wedding dresses please contact us using the appointment request form.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment? Under normal circumstances we welcome brides to bring guests; however due to the current Covid-19 preventative guidelines from the UK government we are asking brides to come alone to appointments until the situation has improved. We understand that brides often like to share moments along their wedding dress journey with family and friends; however, under the recent government guidelines we feel this is necessary for us to continue running as a small business during these challenging times. You will be more than welcome to Facetime or Skype anyone you would like to show your chosen wedding dress to, or to help you make a final decision. We do this frequently with brides that have family and friends abroad, and it always feels like they're in the room and are very much included!
What should I bring with me to my appointment? Please bring a good fitting strapless bra with you preferably in a skin tone or light colour and any shapewear you may want to wear on the day. Shoes will be provided although you are welcome to bring a pair if you know the heel height you will be wearing on your wedding day.
What if my chosen wedding dress doesn’t fit? Most brides need to have their wedding dress altered in order to achieve the right fit; commonly this will involve taking it in and shortening the hem (length). We offer an in-house alterations service; please note availability depends on the time of year and your wedding date due to busier periods. If there are any style changes you would like to make to a wedding dress you find with us that you love (such as lowering a neckline or adding a cap sleeve), we are happy to discuss what is possible at your consultation.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept cash, debit and credit cards including American Express. All sample dresses must be paid in full upon purchase, as you will take your wedding dress away with you on the day if you find the one.
Do you accept returns? All wedding dresses are sold at a discounted price on RRPs and are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase. We encourage brides to be 100% sure before making their decision and to check over your dress before purchasing, as we are then confident that you will be happy with your chosen wedding dress.
