Refund policy

We hope you are very happy with your purchase; however if you would like to exchange or return you item/s please email us within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within 14 days of notifying us. We will then refund the price of the item/s only; please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a signed for service; your local post office will be happy to advise. Any item returned for refund or exchange needs to be unused and in perfect condition, with any tags attached and in its original undamaged packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons returns or exchanges on pairs of earrings and jewellery sets are not accepted. If you have any queries about a particular set before purchasing please contact us for more information.
