Shipping policy

We ship to the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery; all international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery.

All fabric samples are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class post, or Royal Mail International Standard outside of the UK.

FREE DELIVERY on all orders within the UK.

Orders will be shipped within the following timeframes:-

Veils – 1-2 weeks

Headpieces and bridal belts 5-7 working days

Jewellery - 3-5 working days

Fabric samples – 1-3 working days

The above shipping dates are applicable from once payment is received (excluding weekends). Once your item is shipped delivery is usually within 1-2 working days within the UK, and 5-7 working days internationally.

Please note international delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout; all international buyers may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
